United Way CEO selected for leadership roles
Michael Smith, president and CEO of the Greater Valdosta United Way, has been selected to serve on United Way Worldwide’s National Advisory Council. Smith also serves on as the 2022-2023 chair of the United Ways of Georgia Association, representing 32 United Ways in Georgia. Smith and the Greater United Way aims to improve people’s lives by mobilizing the caring power of the community.
