Vendor Info

Setup is at 3:00-5:00pm

No charge for vendors or booths

We have rectangle tables but if you have your own booth/table please bring.
Food vendors can sell their products, alcohol vendors are not allowed to by state law.
If you can share a table with another vendor please let us know
We have the city license and state special event licenses
We will have plastic cups for beer and wine.
Please bring products that need to be chilled in cold or drop off earlier to the VCC
Planning for 300 attendees / 2 Valdosta City police will be on site / Indoor event

$500 - Logo on banner at event and 4 tickets.
$1,000 - Logo on banner at event, social media posts, flyers and 6 tickets.
$1,500 - Larger logo on banner at event, social media posts, flyers, logo printed on tickets and 10 tickets.
$2,500 - Title sponsor for the event. Logo on all media, press release, logo printed on tickets, and a table to advertise your business at the event and 15 tickets. Welcome people at the start. May allocate half the proceeds from the event to partner agencies of your choice.
